Here’s everything you need to know before requesting an appointment.
Current wait time: 3-4 months
I specialise in knee injuries, but continue to see all types of musculoskeletal issues. Most of my caseload is ACL, post-op rehab, and complex knee presentations but if your injury needs proper attention and structure, I’ll likely work with it.

A full assessment session covering:
- Detailed injury and lifestyle history
- Examination of the affected area (and often above/below it)
- Hands-on treatment or movement-based interventions where appropriate
- A written follow-up summary with your tailored rehab or recovery plan
This session is designed to get to the root of the issue — not just manage symptoms.
In person or online
Ongoing rehab and treatment sessions to progress your plan. These are focused, structured, and fully individualised. We reassess as needed and ensure your rehab is heading in the right direction.
In person or online
If your current rehab isn’t working, or progress has stalled, this session is designed to review everything objectively.
I’ll assess what’s been done, what’s missing, and provide clear recommendations to move forward — whether that’s changes to your programme, further investigation, or a more appropriate rehab plan.
